Season for Nonviolence
Los
Angeles 2002 will:

Conduct a 64 day educational campaign
using media, community action, education, dialogue and arts to build awareness,
understanding, knowledge, skills, relationships and passion for nonviolence.

Honor individuals and organizations
who are successfully using nonviolent means to empower individuals and
communities and
-
Inspire other individuals and organizations
to do likewise.
When
you Adopt-a-Day of the Season
for Nonviolence you agree to contribute an event that speaks to the
principles, issues, strategies and culture of nonviolence and peace. |
